Return & Exchange Policy

 

You have 14 days to return your order from the date it's delivered. Exclusions apply, please see our Returns Policy below for more details.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused with fully intact hygiene seals (if applicable) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging which must be unopened.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please also note in case of part refund and your order falls below the free shipping threshold, in that event the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Items that are returned back to us from our delivery partners. If you wish to receive a refund any package sent back to us by our delivery partners; Seoul Selection reserve the right to refund the price of the goods only, the initial cost of shipping will not be refunded. If you wish to have the package sent out again, Seoul Selection reserve the right to charge additionally for the second shipping.

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for EU & International orders.

 

To complete your return, please follow these steps:

  1. You must contact us within 14 days from the date it's delivered with your order number and the items you wish to have returned.
  2. Clearly state whether you would like a refund, exchange or a replacement.
  3. Pack the items securely in the original product packaging. 
  4. Post the package back to the address given. - We always recommend you using a tracked delivery method as we cannot process the refund if we haven't received the returned item.
  5. Keep an eye out for updates and tracking. Most returns are processed in a few days, but the money can take up to 14 days to appear back in your account.
